Spring Scholarship. The Gary Ray Davis EMS scholarship was created to provide a financial opportunity for an individual who has genuine interest in the Emergency Medical Services profession to pursue a career in service to his/her community. The idea candidate should possess many of the characteristics and qualities that Gary exhibited in his life: passion, loyalty, compassion, ambition and dedication.
