Phillip Edward Kerns Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Spring Scholarship This scholarship was established in loving memory of Phillip Edward Kerns as a tribute to his love of his fellow man. Kerns was Business Manager for the Air Controls Division of Eaton Corporation in Roxboro for 28 years.
