Zeke and Pam Smith Family and Friends 327 Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship was established by Zeke and Pam Smith to honor and recognize the first ever PCC students, and to provide an endowment to support future PCC students for years to come. When PCC first opened its doors, there were 327 students enrolled.
