Graduated high school in Person County; preference will be given to a direct descendent of a WWII Veteran; consideration may be given to an applicant that has been recommended by the Rotary Club of Roxboro; Minimum of GPA or 2.5 is required; Must be a U.S Citizen; demonstrates financial need; good moral character and has demonstrated the potential to achieve established academic goals
